how do i turn a fraction into a decimal

All calculators work in decimal. Just divide the top by the bottom and the answer will be in decimal format automatically.

simple one dude
there are different type of fractions like proper ,improper ,mixed you can convert thenm into decimals and vice versa


for example take 34/3=11.333 is the decimal equvalent for that simply divide numerator with denominator if the number is not perfectly divisible put a decimal point in the quotient and add an extra zero go on doing like this

You divide the nuumerator(top number) by the denominator(bottom number).For example if u have the fraction 6/7 u would put 6 inside the dividing house, and 7 on the outside.

divide the neumerator by the denomenator (divide the top number by the bottom)

say if its 1251% it'd be 12.51 or 50% it'd be .50
