Definitely the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It works like a charm! If you need to use what you have, spray with Mr.Clean and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then wipe it up.

You need "Clorox Clean up with Bleach" just spray it on, let in sit a few minutes, and wipe off. This even takes kool-aid stains off of counters. I use it myself.

As long as it won't ruin your countertop, I'd try either rubbing alcohol or even nail polish remover. They really get stains off of surfaces well!!
