Actually, they don't. On the EBAY home page click on the category "Everything Else". Then click on "Mature Audiences". You have to have a valid credit card on file, though. Thats so they can verify your age.

Cause Ebay has no way of verifying buyers ages when selling. It is legal to sell any sort of Adult material to minors.

Actually they do have a section for that type of stuff. Go to the "Everything Else" category and look for "Mature Audiences".... you will have to verify your age, however.
