I'm sorry, I can only answer one question bebcause I'm not sure how to do the Lewis Dot Structure on a computer.


yes, any element's charge can be figured out by the column its in.

column 1: +1
column 2: +2
column 3: +3
column 4: + or - 4
column 5: -3
column 6: -2
column 7: -1

The nobel gasses don't have a charge placed upon them
