So... my school does Sophomore Unity Week.... and it's a themed week. We have a dance, activities, and groups are set up to perform dance routines with that theme.
We need to have a cool theme for this year...
Last year, for Freshman Unity Week, we, unfortunately did a theme called " '09 Busts a Rhyme" .... with a hip hop type theme.
This year, I wanted to come up with a really cool idea... but I am BLANK! so please help me!
And beach themes and decade themes have been done a million times.
This year's freshmen are doing "Hang '10" and it's a beach theme... The Juniors are doing "Jukebox Juniors" and Seniors are doing "Seniors in the South" so please help with this!
Because I am all out of ideas.

Sophomores in Soap!
You can research old laundry soap commercials for songs and dances. Shout it Out, Ring Around the Collar, and all the old cliches can be used for posters, sayings, and cheers. You can also grab some titles from Soap Operas.

Celebrity Sophomores. Sophmores dress up like a celebrity in Hollywood. Please tell them to keep underwear on unlike Brittany. You can go old school with this with any year celebrities used to be cool. Just don't pick those who are a bad example. They are not a great influence. Or!! Since I am helping you brainstorm, what about a sports theme? Baseball, Football, Volleyball, Soccer. Focus on what your schools athletics departments are and perhaps build around that. I don't know what your school is like. Just giving you some brainstorm ideas. My best advice? Stop and look around for a second. Listen to what people are talking about. Fads and whats in. Try building an idea from that. Good luck!!

You know i have a great idea it should be called twisters in the 60's and it should have a twist theme so everyone will be doing the twist with mini skirts mini dresses boots it will take place at a dance.

Probably won't help much, but we're having our S.H. dance this weekend and the theme is 'Outta This World'. You could maybe tie that in somehow....I know it doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, but...good luck.
