I got some latex paint on my leather coat a few weeks ago I used a scotch brite pad to take it off. I don't think it will work if it's oil based paint tho. good luck.

If it is an expensive, good item, take it to a cleaners that deals
with leather---or send it to them.
If you fuss with it yourself, you may damage it or even put a chemical on it that will not be compatable with the leather or
finish on the leather.
If you ever use nail polish remover (acetone) on anything, try it
in a small area first. It will actually dissolve or shrivel plastic (try
putting a plastic spoon or straw in some and see what happens!) so be cautious about using it as a cleaner.
