It doesn't unless when tomorrow does come someone else isn't forced to deal with your problems...

The simplistic answer to this question is volume.

If everyone, or at least a significant amount of humans were to adopt this philosophy, entire countries would be ruined in a day.

If you disregard your future, then what would the point of consequences be? What would be the use of progress?
The fact is, this method of living is exactly the opposite: unless you would enjoy living as a caveman, because making the wheel is too much of a bother and who cares?

It is everyone's business because if you conduct yourself in this manner, people could be threatened. What if mass murderers were on the loose? Humanity would destroy itself piece by piece in search for the ever elusive 'pleasure high'. Our perceptions of pain and pleasure are derived from our overall state. If you are always 'high', then having a neutral stimulus would appear to be an extremely horrible 'low'. This is why so many drug users are addicted: the ever search for the most pleasure.

Time is flowing endlessly. You can't demarcate it into hours & days. Every moment which you call "now" gives way to a new "now" before you can finish pronouncing "now"! Therefore one cannot determine & segregate his life into a "now" in a straight-jacket formula.
As such, we ought not concentrate only on the present but try to develop ourselves as if time is a flowing dimension. Speaking about "pleasure", every pleasure we have is followed by pain - must be, since if there was no "pain" you won't know what is pleasure. So one should rather try to be aloof from this roller-coaster life of pleasure & pain by trying to concentrate on something higher into the core of existence.
However, this is an ideal situation. All can't attain that. It's really your own choice how to lead your own life, but be ready for the consequences!

The only reason anybody should be judged in living that way, is when their actions are in flagrant disregard for other's safety and well being. If you have been given the honor of responsibility of family and friends, they shouldn't be disregarded in that way. When you cause pain to others, you need to cut it out.

You don't know if tomorrow is your last day or not. Prudence suggest that you live as if tomorrow may be your last day but realize it may not.

I don't care if you do or don't because it is your life to live however you choose so long as you accept the consequences of your actions. So, if today isn't the last day of your life and you squander all your resources, have no money to live or pay your bills, then you accept hunger and homelessness without complaint and without asking for help. You will have put yourself there and it is only your responsibility to deal with it.

Unless you screw with other people's lives through, "living each day like it's your last". I personally laugh at those people, because every isn't your last, and when you're 50 years old, and you have nothing and you don't have the means to live each day like it's your last, you say, "Oh where did I go wrong?" Then the government has to support you, and I pay taxes to keep you breathing. That's about the only thing that pisses me off.

You're right that it should be nobody else's business. Seeking pleasure (hedonism) is not the only goal in life. Fame is also popular, as are power and wealth. For the spiritually enlightened, there's also service to others.

answering this as you asked it,

it's you're life, live it like you want to, me i'm gonna get another
beer, i could drop dead tonight, heck, when i drop, why should
i give a crap? let my family take care of the arraignments for my burial, the stuff to keep my family secured financially, heck i wouldn't care, i'm dead i don't need nothing now.

the future may not mean anything to you but it may mean alot to you're family that you leave behind.

have fun, but remember, that we will at one point(and i hope you have a long life) will die.

It is yo9ur life, indeed so. People budding in generally have no business in doing this, unless they are parents, and parents are often out of touch.
