OK- this movie may not be called twister, but it is about a rodeo bucking bull the was raised by these people from when it was born. It also might be a Disney movie from the 1970s.

Twister, Bull from the sky...I have been trying for years to buy this TV movie. I find all kinds of write ups on it, but nowhere to buy it! My husband wants to see it again....he saw it as a child

I tried RottenTomatoes.com and IMDb and I couldn't find it listed.It's possibly a made for TV movie.I also found a list of rodeo movies. The link is below.There is a bull riding movie called 8 Seconds.

I found 'The Broncho Twisters' which is about bullriding and cowboying. Only thing is; it came out in 1927!
