We switch out the storm door with a screen with the seasons, and have done so for several years, but this year we have a layer of ice on the inside of the storm door and it freezes shut. Any idea why this is happening?

Condensation is accumulating on the inside of the door. It is likely that the door is not sealing properly against the door frame or that the glass in the door is separating from the metal. Check that the door is sealing and that there is no warping of the metal.
