I find slower meaningful songs are the most helpful. I guess it depends on what kind of music your into. In Loving Memory my Alterbridge is good for stuff like that... different situation, but it helped me allot when my step-sisters passed on a few years ago. Hope it helps.

wellllllllllll slow songs are alwayz good aaha but i listened to si una vez by selena listen to it really goood and if u don't understand the songs jus tlook up the lyrics in english REALLY GOOOD SONG that was my break up song along with figher-xtina aguilera, and ex-factor: lauryn hill oh and not gonna cry by mary j. blige is good too
