What O.P do I need to become a doctor.

Can I become a doctor with a certificate in Adult Tertiary Preparation.

If I can't what will I have to study after I complete my certificate in Adult Tertiary Preparation.

Adult Tertiary Preparation is either a pass or fail.

Thank you

It would definatley be under ten, I would guess around 5. You wont get an OP you will get a rank score only high school kids get an OP

I would assume you could do it with an Adult tertiary prep, I actually got into uni with one of those, but you need to take a STAT test, you wont get an OP you get a rank score (its pretty much the same thing as an OP score but its for adult students)

So to get into medicine you need to do very well on this test and have some life experience. The test is quite easy its just general knowledge.

If you dont have much life experience in medicine or have a degree in something else you might not get in directly to medicine but most universities offer 1 year prep courses and then you can start a med degree.

So it all depends on what rank score you've got, if you have a degree in another field or have worked in medicine it should be ok , but if not you can do a prep course and then get in after that.

Try small universities not the big ones as they are more competitive

CQU, USQ, University of the Sunshine Coast
