A dually is a big pick up truck that has two tires on each side of the rear axle, or it could be referring to an engine that uses two carburetors.

Dual means two and when you have two tires on the same side of the back axel, you have dually's.

It is referring to a truck with dual rear wheels. But used mostly when referring to pick up trucks
