im going to send a bracelet from Massachusetts to Tennesse and i want it to get there on or within one or two days of valintines day with regular mail not ups or anything just the post office

Take it to the post office and tell them to mail first class. This cost about a nickle more. You are looking up to 4 days of mail time to get it there. Given the winter weather we are having.

with the technology the mail system in general has today usually about 3 or 4 days unless there is problems beyond control.

if you take it in about 4 days prior to the date you want it delivered you can have it sent regular mail where you can then have it tracked and insured..........doubt that unless you send it via fed ex you can ensure the exact date but better to get there one day before than a day too late.
