Since you arrive from Kuala Lumpur, I assume you are flying Air Asia, the budget carrier. As far as I know, they offer a shuttle service between Clark and certain locations in Manila, for an additional fee. I've arrived at Clark on Tiger Airways from Singapore and the shuttle ride to Metro Manila took almost three hours, thanks to the traffic conditions. BTW, immigration clearance, baggage claim at Clark can be a rather slow process due to the limited number of flights that operate there. If you are very keen to pick this passenger at Manila's domestic airport, suggest you travel a day in advance or ask this passenger to arrive one day later. Alternatively, arrange for this passenger to meet you at some convenient place in Manila.

if you are really lucky, makati to clark is 2 hours at the most.. but makati traffic and edsa's will definitely affect it.. once you reach the north luzon expressway, it will just be a smooth ride.. but you also have to consider what time you should be at the airport..

About 2 hours to EDSA. Past that is anybody's guess (in case you don't know, EDSA is the worst highway in the world - a warren of useless overpasses, underpasses and tunnels).
