Ok women need some help, please read?

I missed my period on jan 25, so i'm about 1 week late, came back from the obgyn said that im not pregnant, but to re-test in a week, the only symptom i have is that my right abdomen is hurting and my lower back hurts, on top of it all i was spotting today, just when i wipped, what the heck is going on?? What am i experienceing? Did i test too early?

I would say it could be a cyst on your ovary (we get cysts on the egg releasing ovary each cycle that usually "pop" but sometimes don't, and can be a little painful during ovulation or periods), but since you just went to the ob/gyn they might have suggested that already.

Right abdomen and lower back sounds either possibly like your apendix or could be a kidney infection.

Or, it could just be bad cramps and a late period. If the pain persists or especially if it increases in intensity, you should go to a doctor or hospital.
