Is it true that women can go into instant orgasm by the taste of steak, a certain movement, or even seein a simple photograph?

yes
obviously phyisical trigger like cold work with some women, like being outside with no panties on and skirt, the pool, a cool breeze, very amusing
words I find very effective
and yes visual stimualtion does work too, it was for whips but that is another story

I don't think so. Guys can get an erection by looking at a picture or having their penis touched moved, etc in any way but not so sure about girls with the photo thing. To get an orgasm useally involves in your case, the vagina, breasts, nipples, etc. Those are the so called 'orgasm switches'. If those arn't turned on then an orgasm might be unlikely. Orgasm is mostly a sexually function not food.

Everyone is different - and there may be that lucky person who can be that easily aroused. No different then having a wet dream - all starts in the mind. There is that one in a million lucky person that can have an orgasm from sneezing while taking certain anti depressants - Now if that wouldn't cure depression I don't know what would.

I think it'd be possible if you're wearing tight pants and sitting a certain way. You know how you go numb down there sometimes? But if you're out, it's so damn hard to not show the bliss on your face while it's happening. It's still great though! I have to stop thinking about this..........
