Are you talking about bacteria bugs?? If so just clean by hand to move slime and then run a regular cycle and the temperature will kill off the rest.

Use bugspray (Raid is the best in my opinion) Try washing a load(the soapy water might possibly kill them) worst case scenario is that you'll have to get an exterminator! Or you could look at this hahttp://coco.essortment.com/howtogetrido_rgwt.htmve

if washing with hot water & soap doesn't work it's probably cause the bugs are coming from under and behind the cabinets you should bug bomb the kitchen and keep it emaculate.
