Hi Tinkerbell,
You don't even want to know what it means.
However all the above answers are correct.
It is a very crude remark, and people who use it do not have much couth (couth meaning -showing or having good manners or sophistication; smooth)
We don't need those kind of remarks.
How about a HAND instead :) HAND meaning HAVE A NICE DAY
