Im 14 yrs old. I was told from my friend that when your chest hurts (like when you touch your boobs) that they are growing. Is it true?

Maybe but not necessarily, You may be having a hormone issue, do they hurt right before your period? If so, not growing just a surge of hormones.

False. Your chest does not hurt when your boobs are growing in your teens.

They didn't hurt for me.
