Try the following areas:

1) Glorietta 1 (Makati): they've got bazaars over there. prices get a little higher since it's in Glorietta but it's worth it if you're buying just a few pieces
2) St. Francis Square (Ortigas) : they've got really nice bazaars. The ground floor is mostly second-hand cellphone shops. The 2nd is more on shoes & bags then the 3rd is for clothes. Not as big as Greenhills but the choices are just as much.
3) Tutuban Mall & Divisoria : Now this is the haven for bulk shoppers and real troopers! Most of the stuff in all bazaars here in Manila came from this place. Name it, they got it: toys, clothes, shoes, cell phones. (But beware though, pickpockets are everywhere so you better dress down: meaning no attractive jewelries & clothing as they always guess you are rich enough to be robbed. Refrain from using your mobile phone unless you are in a safer place like in a fastfoods or restos) As I said, this is for the real trooper.

I also know that there are some bazaars at Market!Market! in Taguig but I do not go there frequently as it's so far off from where I am. No easy access for me to commute unless you're from Pasig area.

Greenhills is placed alongside Ortigas street on the San Juan area. purely ask any cab driving force to hold you there. they might understand. nonetheless, you may take the MRT and supply up on the Ortigas Station and purely ask around the thank you to get there by way of taking a jeepney or you may take a cab from there besides. As for PS2 video games, they do sell unique PS2 video games in Greenhills. i don't understand enormously how plenty they're yet from what I understand PS2 video games interior the Philippines are frequently extra cost-effective than those bought exterior the Philippines (even the unique ones). That mentioned, once you're making plans to purchase unique ones, you may purely bypass to the mall and purchase them there. Even those bought in department stores are supposedly extra cost-effective.

tutuban is still the cheapest but you have to be very careful with your wallet. its better if you're with someone when you shop there. traffic is horrible so you can try taking a cab especially if you're carrying shopping bags.
