what are some unique,fun Christmas traditions?

my family and i already do the elf on a shelf, santas key on the door, santas footprints from the fireplace, the polish haystack and wafers, the peppermint pig, the nativity chocolate calendars, the old english firecrackers, we put the reindeer food in the yard on xmas eve, we make the santa soup in which santa always leaves the kids some santa money and a thank you card, we even have santa come to the xmas eve party and have magic red smoke come from his sack as he hands out gifts along with the snow machine blowing in the background...lol. just wondering what other fun traditions are out there. we try to add a new one each year. thanks!

Your traditions are way better than mine! My family's tradition is fighting throughout the holidays. The holiday stress just brings out the worst in us. I wouldn't call this tradition fun or recommend that you try it with your family.
Oh. wait. I guess we do have a tradition that's kinda fun. In between fights we dress up the dogs like santa and reindeer and take pictures. We put the pics on Christmas cards we make on the computer.

My husband has cooked Christmas dinner on the grounds that 1975, i'm no longer even allowed in the kitchen. Now our sons do the comparable of their families.
