Buy a loofa scrub (looks like a brush on a stick!) and a light exfoliant like St Ives or something... also if you have a backpack - this can make your back sweaty and cause pimples. I suggest a side bag (but not if the stuff you carry is heavy, otherwise you'll hurt your shoulders!)

If you have the money - I highly recommend Proactiv. It's the only product that has given me consistently good skin. But it is expensive...

If you are on a tight budget, DEFINITELY buy some tea tree oil - the 25% strength is THE BEST.
It gets rid of most pimples because it is a natural anti-bacterial.
It is like $3 for a bottle - GO GET SOME!

Warning- it stings like crazy, but that's a good thing, it means it's working!!
If you have sensitive skin, only use a little at first. Or dilute it (only a little!!) with some lukewarm water.
Use cotton pads to apply it to your skin.

This also works really well with getting rid of shaving rash - just dab it on.

:)

i was going to recommend you the murad acne body wash. but it is not that budget friendly. It costs 37.50 but lasts a long time as you only need to use it where you have acne. i had a lot of back acne because of working out at the gym and murad totally cleared it up.
