I am 23 years old and I never have enough energy. I always feel tired. I get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. I even go to gym three days a week but I still have no energy. Is there anything else I can do so I don't feel so tired?

Sounds like it could be a diet issue or sleep deprivation. Do you find yourself waking up a lot at night. How about waking up out of breath. That's a sleep disorder (Sleep Apnea) that would need attention, and can make you very tired.
Diet wise, talk to a nutritionist. But a doctor should be consulted first.
