One uses a pen and a paper.
Or one uses a computer.
Or one uses an old typewriter.
Or one uses what the screen writers in Hollywood use, a program called 'Final Draft'. You can download a trial at its website. It's basically fill in the blanks but it IS the most popular software actual screenwriters use... good luck to ya ! :-)

I do too and I have even wrote several chapters but they never seem to get finished!
