This is in referance to my last question. I noticed that A LOT of answers implied that fat people stink. I am what society would consider fat or even obese. I am far from lazy, hold down a full time job, I am a full time single mother, my house is so clean you can eat off of the floor (But I prefer the kitchen table LOL). I DON'T SMELL BAD! FAR FROM IT!!! I take two showers a day, I dress nicely, use make-up and really take care of my personal hygeine. I am also a complete Germophobe, so I can't stand mess or dirt, my only issue is that I am fat. So why is it that when people see, think about or picture a fat person they automatically assume people who are on the larger side are lazy and smell bad?? I put fat in quotations because society standards of thin is unatainable unless you are anorexic or bulimic, neither of which are very appealing ways to achive physical perfection, yet women do it all of the time.

It's because, as you've seen, society increasingly has a problem with people they would term "fat" (ah, for the days when Reubens worshipped us ). If you are already predisposed to dislike someone, on a subconscious level you look for other things to dislike about them, and so you are more like to notice if the fat person smells than if the skinny person smells. Weird, isn't it?

There are exceptions to every rule. You may be an exception to the lazy, smelly fat person. You said yourself you take two showers a day, most people do not. Most people assume fat people are lazy because if they were active they wouldn't be fat. As for me, I don't assume a fat person smells, I wait until I smell their stench then say they smell. In my experience, more people smell that are fat than those who are of average build. If I saw you, I would not assume that you smell, but I would assume laziness. However, I would expect you to smell more that I would expect the average person.

Sorry, I'm too lazy to read the long question.
Overweight people usually sweat more than the average person, because their body traps more heat (more insulation); therefore, they usually have more of an odor than the average person.
And most of us would be really obese too, if we ate as much as we wanted, and never exercised. I realize that many obese people have some type of genetic problem that causes them to gain weigh more easily than the average person, but most people do not think about that. We assume that they have the same metabolism as we do, and that they simply have less self-control. An unfair assumption, perhaps, but a common one.

Well there are allot of overweight people who choose to let themselves go, when most people put on allot of weight they tend to slow down and not be so out going, but in their defense I know more than a few thin people who stink and are lazy, they don't take care of their personal hygiene at all.
But it's good to hear that you are self conscious of you're personal hygiene

The transmitted impression is that FAT people smell because they can't reach to clean themselves. And Hey when you so FAT you can't walk a flight of stairs without risking a heart attack are you really in any shape at all? So you clean your house. That is wonderful and I'll not take that from you. But get out and move those legs, burn some calories. You'll feel better than you think and the pounds will fly off.

generally while physique components scent undesirable, it means they are not sparkling. Have your boyfriend wash his inner maximum section on a daily basis with cleansing soap and water, and dry it thoroughly. it fairly is merely sturdy, regularly occurring, undemanding hygiene that each physique human beings could prepare. He could additionally upload a penis wellbeing creme to his new ordinary. those are super for the penis pores and skin and grant various reward that could impact how the penis seems, feels, and scents. look into it.

i'm 5'7 and 165, i consider myself fat but others say otherwise...fat people are not lazy nor do they smell bad...society says that because it is extremely easy to judge someone from their appearance then to take the time to know them...people prefer the easy way out!
