Many people don't like him mostly because he is a GREAT basketball player, whether you people want to admit it or not. With all the hatred he gets, he still manages to be voted in by fans to the All Star game. It's funny to me what kind of nonsense spewed by some people above. Ball hog? He is shooting a lot less this year with more efficiency. He's averaging about 20 shots per game, about 7 less from last year. Guys like Lebron and Arenas are shooting more, but neither would be classified as ball hogs. Kobe has made tremendous strides to be a better teammate, and he's doing a heck of a job. He's trusting his teammates more, as evidenced by the confidence shown by the rest of the Lakers players. Face it, most of the Kobe haters would love to have him on their favorite team.

Ok i am going to tell you why ....... And if you think i am wrong ,,,,,,, so be it . I hate Kobe because he won 3 rings with Shaq . It's true that both helped each other , but Shaq helped Kobe more . Kobe never respected Shaq tho . I hate Kobe because he never respected James , Wade . I hate Kobe because his fans overhype him very much . I hate Kobe because he is compared , and some times called better than MJ . I hate Kobe because he is lucky to be a Laker , and of course he wins rings because of that . I hate Kobe because Wade and James can easy score 30 points in his face . I hate Kobe because James was second and Wade was third in votes for the defensive MVP , but still Kobe is considered a better defender . I hate Kobe because Wade scored 27points vs Spain in the olympics but still people started to say that Kobe was the best player in that team . I hate Kobe because he never joined the USA when they needed hem . I hate Kobe because both Wade and James are better than him. Of course you Lakers fans don't like that , so you started to count Kobe's championships in order to prove how great he is but you are forgetting one thing . Wade and James can allsow win championships IF they had the great supporting cast that Kobe has .

Why would you hate Kobe... have you seen him play? On the court kobe is unselfish and plays like a teacher. He's the perfect example of a balanced player who doesn't need to be explosive and wild like Vince Carter (no disrespect to him)

I do not hate him.He is no longer a ballhog and he gets along fine with his team-mates.It is such a spiteful thing to say.GO KOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
