When I woke up in the morning of christmas day as a child and realized that our family's following christmases will never be the same as the year before, knowing just days before that my father is unfaithful to my mother.

My saddest moment was when I found out my only surviving (younger) sister drowned when she was 17. My other sister died of leukemia when she was 3 and I was 4. I had so looked forward to having an adult sister that would always be a part of my life (I was 9 years older than her and thought I could never lose her like I had my other sister). It broke my heart.

Putting my six-year-old son and three-year-old daughter on an airplane to go live with their dad in another country for seven months was the hardest thing I've ever done, and watching that plane take off and fly out of sight was the saddest ten minutes of my life.

The moment that I made my mind up to stop fighting the inevitable and realizing that no matter what I did I couldn't fix things in a wrong, though long marriage. It is sad to know you have no power and no real choice. I am still grieving, but it will become easier to accept. I used to have hope. Now, I have faith.

My mother dying. My partner dying almost twenty years later and the knowledge that my eighty plus Dad will inevitably follow suit !

i don tknow exactly....
but i feel very sad when i had i car acident....
nobady was harded but 4 cars were involved and at the moment that happens i fell loosing the control, i fell useless and after that it takes me 3 nights and days to get sleep. when i manage to sleep i had nightmaires for munths....
that was bad....

now it s ok!anyway i still drive!

When my favorite cousin died of cancer (on her daughter's 3rd birthday). She was only 42 and left behind four children and a ton of people who loved her.

When my grandpa died.
He lived his entire life as a pillar to our family and community.
Seeing him in his final days...watching his life force fade away...and then losing him forever...left a serious hole in my heart.

mine was about 2 years ago. i found out i was pregnant and i was really excited. then as it turns out, i really wasnt pregnant. it broke my heart
