You'll find something useful if you keep looking in any case. I think we all knew what you are talking about when you said 'crusades in medieval europe' as well. Though I might add that in 'Europe' there were more than two crusades because just off hand I can think of the crusades against the Hussites in what is now the Czech Republic.

I am aware of only two crusades in Medieval Europe. They were the Albigensian Crusade directed against the Cathars in southern France and the campaigns of the Teutonic knights in Eastern Europe. There were a few excursions to the Middle East, but, apart from recruiting, nothing much happened in Europe.
