Doctors are notorious for that. Touching your body during a physical examination.
Seriously, would help to know what you were going to the doctor for. Like someone else said, if you were there for a headache what the heck is he doing in your pants.
If you were there for a physical exam or complaints of penis pain, the doctor would need to touch to see if it was.
And if you were seeing the doctor due to erectile dysfuntion, doctors will usually casually manipulate the penis to detect any "movement". They don't masturbate you to a full erection, but casual squeezing can detect if the penis shows signs of engorging with blood. Knowing that would determine whether you'd get a sample of viagra or be set up for more tests.

It would be sexual harrasment if your Doctor asked you out and you said no then he continued to ask you out. But asking you to remove your pants during an ezam would not be harrasment, embarassing maybe but not harrasment. I once had a Doctor and his male assistant come into the room where I was stripped naked (for surgery) and they each took a testicle in their hands and rubbed them around checking for ruptures or something, all the while my Dad was standing their watching. Now thats embarassing!

It depends on the doctor. If he is a neurologist or something that has no relation with that particular area of your body, then it may be a little weird, but if you were consulting an urologist or other doctor about your penis or sexual health, it might me perfectly normal.

Back in the Victorian Ara because the way the women were dressed(head 2 toe) the Dr. could only examine the exposed areas,ho ever if u had issue w/that area maybe he was trying 2 figure out whats wrong w/it.Besides u shouldn't have that extra skin u should have been circumcised, u can carry built up bacteria. Its an area u have to consistently keep clean.See I have 3 boys 18,14, 3 and they were all circumcised.

yeah he can do that . you were getting a physical wright? if not he was just makin sure that you foreskin was ok and he was seeing if you needed to get circumcised. he also was seeing if you had a hernia ....when you turn your head and cough. this is not sexual harassment so do not worry about it.

I don't think it would be sexual harassment but you should consult with another doctor and see if he suggest you do the same thing, if not it would be sexual assault
