what college corses should i take in order to be in the real estate buisness?

Do a Google search for "name of your state deparment of real estate" and you'll probably find your state's licensing board. In my state you have to take several classes, take the state licensed exam, and once you pass you get fingerprinted and the Dept. of Justice runs a background check on you. After you've paid all the various fees it comes to around $1000 (in my state, anyway.) Then voila, you have your license!
