When people recommend Almay liquid eyeliner....?

Question

Are they referring to the "Amazing i-liner"? Because sometimes they say "the new one," and I think i-liner has been around for a few years.
Can anyone clear that up?

All of Almay's products have been repackaged recently so even though the are the same products, they look new. Yes, it is the Amazing i-Liner. Great stuff.
