implantation! some brown pinkish discharge a week before my period adn some cramping?

have pcos but doctor did ultrasound and ovaries are healthy and there was a temp. spike 9days ago, temp still high, just wandering if the temp spike and spotting could mean preg. too early for period im not supposed to start until next tuesday. i know test is the only way, gut just wanting some input. thanks

Sounds like a very good possibility! I had pcos too, and the same exact thing happened to me when I became pregnant with my first child (the spotting a little less than a week before my period anyway)! Go get a test ... and good luck!!! :-)
