does Target or Walmart sell outlet covers, the safety plugs for kids. I can't find them on the website and...

Question

I need to run in and out of one of the two stores tomorrow morning to buy a whole bunch for my job. If they do sell them...and I am assuming they do, please let me know what section to look for them so I can run in and out without speaking to anyone who works there and generally never knows where anything is anyway.

I was in Walmart waiting on my wife, when a lady asked a sales associate the same thing. He said they should be in the baby section where they sell the bottles and diaper bags. I never looked, but it makes sense to me. Chow
