my husband and I were at walmart and he saw two people he knew so they chatted, but he never introduced me and I was standing right there. (an old friend who is female and a co worker who is male)

Yes he could have introduced you to the people he was talking to. Just tell him you didn't like it and thought it was a little rude and to please don't do it again.

Should you be annoyed? Probably not. Are you? Sounds like it... and I probably would be too!!!
Chances are, it's not that he didn't see you as important enough to introduce, it was most likely that he didn't feel they were important to introduce.
Just tell him to practice a little courtesy next time.

Nah, just tell him it's rude not to introduce you to people and ask him not to do it again.
