When i open the run command... it displays an error:
"The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect of this computer".
How can i fix this?
Im running in Windows XP Home, Service pack 2.

I think the cause is that the Administrator has restricted the use of the Run command for other users on the pc. Speak with whoever is the Administrator to change your settings. He or She may not want this done, though.
