science topics???

Question

I am currently in the 5th grade and i need a cool project to work on. Alot of subjects i find lame what are some topics that might be interesting?

Are we enegry? <--- How could i prove this? and would this be a good topic for a science project.

I got into my district science fair with my 7th grade project. My question was "who is the most accurate weather forecaster?" I wrote down the 7 day predictions of some tv news channels and measured the actual temp. on those days. Really easy to do.
