I have been teaching for 4 years now, and I am currently enrolled in the graduate studies. How can I go to US and take exams for teachers? Do i need to have sponsors?

If you want to be a teacher here, you would need to take the courses that are required for a teaching certificate. So you would need to start as a student. You may indeed have to have sponsors, but you may also find that once you are done your school work, and go to discuss it with the Immigration Department, they will be cooperative and helpful if you are willing to start by teaching somewhere that is a bit out of the way (Appalachia, for example), or difficult (almost any urban school in the poorer neighborhoods).

You can get a green card, and be eligible for citizenship status in a few years, if you are bringing skills and experience the US needs, even if you do not have family here. But the pathway is long and complicated, and you need to start by asking a lot of questions at the American Embassy in your country. Explain that you want to do it all perfectly legally, but you believe you will be bringing useful skills and experience. You may need to talk to a US immigration attorney once you are here on a student visa.

It is my opinion that our immigration laws should not be so harsh, but let people come and see if they can make their own way, requiring only the deposit of a pre-paid ticket back home if they cannot cut it. The airlines would know how to write such a voucher so that the immigration service should be content. Of course, a requirement to keep the INS advised of your address is reasonable, and deportation if convicted of a felony seems reasonable, too. Otherwise, what's wrong with giving people a chance?

Good luck to you.
