Cab price you can bargain or get the hotels transport to pick you up. Also search online for your desire hotels. It will provide the room rate, map, accommodation, etc etc... Or you could even call up and for enquiry or arrangement.

u can either stay in two places which is the nearest to town..
1) putri pan pacific hotel
2) hyat regecy hotel
both hotels offers what u looking for..

first you need johor bahru map, you could find it easily in yahoo search, keword is johor bahru map under malaysian yahoo website, or type keyword hotels in johor bahru.
