Here's a challenge-paint from brick!?

So,there's suddenly green paint over our mailbox stand. Who knows how it happened.

My question is-Should I paint over it? Or should I try to get it off.... somehow? And if so,how?!

Hey!
Just paint over it. The chemicals that you need to use will spoil the old finish. Plus it takes alot of work. Besides, the mailperson was probably sick of the old colour anyways!!!

It is probably from a paint ball gun .Use a power washer should work pretty good.
