about a girl that gets knocked up by some sort of monster and then has the "baby" and it goes around killing people

The movie is "The Beast Within" (1982). In the film a young, married woman is raped by a monster. She later gives birth from this rape to a monster baby. The baby starts killing people until the woman and her husband learn how to contain and pacify it. They raise the child as they would a normal baby. As the baby grows it begins to take on a human appearance which it gets, of course from it's mother's genes. Eighteen years later the now human looking and acting monster-child is enjoying the typical life of the average teen. Unaware of his parentage, he begins to mutate into the monstrous form of his biological father the creature. As his appearance changes so too does his mind and appetite. He then goes on a killing spree. I saw this movie years ago. Typical grade-B horror flick. Something to watch if there's really nothing else good to see. I've attached a link.
FYI: In the movie "It's Alive!" the monstrous baby is conceived by a human mother and father. Toxic chemicals are to blame for the mutant baby.

"It's Alive" came out in the 70s; it had a baby monster, I don't remember who the father was; I saw it in a theatre and it was a really bad movie. I remember all you could see most of the time was the back of the monster baby's giant bald head. I still remember my friend called it "the bozo movie of the year" and he said the monster looked like somebody from Hare Krishna. I don't know if it was ever on TV. "The Fly 2" came out in the 80s--I can't remember if the baby goes around killing people--I guess he probably does since that's what monsters usually do.

"It's Alive".......not sure if that's it or not but it's the only one I can think of with that story line.
