My Ipod Has Frozen?!?!?

I've just charged my Ipod and was listenting to it but then its suddenly frozen! Its stuck between doing two things and the light won't turn off. Nothings working, the lock key is off and I've also tried connecting it to my computer but it won't pick it up!! Anyone else had the same problem? Is it faulty or shall I just wait to until the battery dies then try again? I've only had it for a month and I've hardly used it!

If it has a reset option use it, or as u said, let the battery run down, it may do the trick
