It would be iTunes.
If you set up an iTunes account, you can post information about your favorite rock group and other people will read your reviews. And what I mean by other people are the artists themselves.
There are people who post their own playlist of songs to be heard. If you know any songs that people should listen to in your rock list, you can get a lot of hits and rave reviews, and those interested in your playlist will purchase your whole playlist as well.
You can also send a request to www.rollingstone.com and find if there are music playlist options.
Good luck!

www.imeem.com is a great site that you can rate music, create playlist's and share these playlist's and the music is all the big hits, so its none of that indie band kinda of stuff.
