Are all transsexual she-males before they become transsexuals?
I have seen she-males that look 99 % feminine but act like men.
They can be actve with a female.

Although there may be some individuals who may be inter-sexed , and have both female and male genitalia, and some transsexuals MtF who have not yet had their surgery, ...they are not all known as 'She-males'. The term She-males, is a handle and a slang term used in the porn industry to describe MtF transsexual performers. Some Trannys, another slang term, for personal reasons chose not to get the surgery and make their living in the porn industry. Others, in an attempt to make extra money to pay for the surgery find themselves stuck in the same industry.
So,,,to answer...not all transsexuals are she-males, not all she-males are transsexuals and most of the people involved hate the term "She-males" .
One look in the personals of any hardcore mag or similar publication will show there are many active transexuals who toute there working equipment...so depending on their own sexual preferance in partners , it seem only possible that they could be active with a receptive female.

A "she-male" (hermaphrodite) is someone who has parts for both- they have both a p---s and a v----a. This is a biological issue.
A transsexual is a man that feels he was meant to be a woman or a woman who feels that she was meant to be a man.... they identify more strongly with the opposite sex.... This is a mental/emotional issue.

A She-Male is born with genitalia of both sexes.
A Transsexual is a person who changes their sex by surgery.

A SheMale is the porn term of an individual going through gender transformation. Transexual is the prefered term of an individual (male or female) changing from one gender to the other. Shemales are most likely non-op transexuals.

"She-male" is a sub-standard English language expression to refer to men who dress-up and act in the fashion of a stereotypical woman and have breast implants, but have not undergone surgery to remove the male genitalia.
"Transexual" is an individual who has undergone sex re-assignment surgery.
