Keep a washcloth in the freezer and everytime u get hot, put it on your neck and on your wrists where your veins are. Drinking lots of fluids can help, also.

Stay in the shade as much as possible.

Wear light-colored clothing to reflect sunlight.

Drink plenty of water and sports drinks to keep yourself hydrated and your electrolytes balanced.

Fans keep you cool by increasing the rate at which sweat evaporates, thus cooling you more quickly and keeping you cooler.

Stay wet. and make sure air currents are consistently and strongly flowing past your person. As long as you evaporate the moisture off of the largest organ in your body- your SKIN!- you will be nice and cool. Remember, being cool is being YOURSELF.

H2O is a must...if not you can dehydrate...and Wear light colored and light(as in weight,clothing).
