ok cards such as golem sentry, swarm of locusts, etc where theeffect is when this monster is flipped summon *blank* happens...my question is that the rules say that a monsters postion once per turn.....so can u flip summon that creature tehn fliup it back facedown the same turn since the effect says u can do that once per turn.....people ive asked have had diffrent answers some say not at all can u do that and u have to wait a turn some say yes any time u want, others say u flip him mainphase 1 then flip back down main phase 2 cuz thats what some video game let u do but i think thats just a glitch plz answer only if ur sure!!!!!!

Yu-Gi-Oh is one of my strong fields:D You can only change the battle position of a card once a turn unless by a card effect. After card effects, unless it says you can't on the card, the monster can still switch its battle position. You don't wait a turn. These cards' (at least the ones mentioned and those similar) effects were meant to allow you to leave it face down after you use the effect.

Simple. If the card states that you can flip in back face down...then you can. No waiting a turn (unless stated on the card).

Anyway, read what the card says, if it says you can flip it back, then you can. Otherwise, you can't. As for the videogames, they're usually correct, though for the gaming purposes, things are sometimes altered.

ok im a level one judge and yes you can flip it main one and then put it down main 2 just like stealth bird you can flip it main one then down main 2.
