atoms to moles- divide by 6.02 x 10^23
moles to atoms- multiply by 6.02 x 10^23
with formula units, also divide by 6.02 x 10^23 to get to moles.

Example:

3) 3.58 x 10^23 formula units ZnCl2
3.58 x 10^23/6.02 x 10^23=0.595 mol ZnCl2

[i actually did this same problem for homework recently]
