Are you refering to the song on the trailer? If so it's the merging of 2 songs, Requiem for a Dream and Lord of the Rings. Not sure exactly which songs they are but that's where they came from. Clint Mansell and the Kronos Quartet composed the songs from Requiem for a Dream. The one in the trailer is called "Lux Aeterna". Note to prchik below me, John Murphy didn't do the score for Underworld. The Underworld they're talking about is a band, not the movie with Kate Beckinsale.
