I am not sure of any websites, but you could call or write to the Pittsburgh Police or maybe go to the Allegheny County website.

You can easily get these figures for cities, counties, states, etc, but a breakdown to neighborhoods would be discriminatory as it could be used to identify ethnic neighborhoods. You have to visit the city and have lunch with your realtor and they will tell you = buy in this area and not in this one.

all records are kept in the courthouse so you could look up the courthouse and research their website. in my community, the courthouse has a direct link to detailed crime statistics over the passed 25 years for my town, state, region, etc. it's interesting.

all records are public knowledge. keep that in mind if they try telling you you can't access that.
