Parents are always right for a reason.
I learnt my lessons the hard way for disobeying in my youth.
My advice, listen to your parents and maintain good friendship status with the gal, once you know that you like her a lot, and vice versa. You can date when you turn 18.
On the course of the wait, anyone of you chickens out, you know that it is not meant to be.

Wow, I guess this is just a small indication what you have to look forward to in a couple of years, right? You must be a cutie. Well, if your parents say you are too young, then you are too young. But that doesn't mean you can't practice your social skills with the females. Learn how to talk to them and try to get together for group activities, like roller skating or the movies or a basketball game at the local high school. Meanwhile, be a good son and prove to your parents that you are well behaved and responsible. They might let you date sooner.

Nothing. If you have to explain, just say your parents won't let you.
You don't want to lose your parent's trust at such a young age. Your relationships will be better if you just wait a little while and have your parent's approval (which brings perks such as rides to the movies, cash, advice, etc).

Hugs can be interpreted in many different ways -- as just a sign of friendship or of romantic interest. Listen to your parents. If you disobey them, it will just get back to them and have major repercussions for you. Good luck!!!

Can't help you much without more information. Are you 12? 18? somewhere in between? That makes a huge difference on advice.
