I would definately suggest lifting weights, if you already aren't...and eat a lot of small meals: all of this is geared towards boosting your metabolism. Squats--leg exercises--are great for boosting testosterone levels. I learned about it from this site: check out this article

Working out raises them. Eating spicy, spicy foods help also. Avoid soy products at all cost!! Soy chases away testosterone.

Certain amounts of keeping fit can raise your testerone levels, especially weight training, My husband does alot of weight training which has boosted his testerone levels no end

:) you need to start thinking about certain foods that cause hormone levels to increase and take an effect. Think about you eat or what you should eat.
